The Durston Agile F130 Rolling Mill is a high-quality flat mill designed for professional jewellers and metalworkers. As part of Durston’s popular Agile range, it combines proven engineering with a lighter frame for easier handling—without compromising strength or reliability.
This dedicated flat model features no wire grooves on the main rollers, offering a smooth rolling surface ideal for sheet metal and pattern plate work. The traditional T-bar adjustment replaces the hand wheel, allowing quick, precise control over roll pressure and alignment.
The main rolls are 130 mm wide and include five half-round grooves as part of the primary roller, providing added flexibility for shaping and forming. Each roll is induction hardened to 64RC, with a hardened depth of 6 mm for maximum durability and long service life.
Fully supported bearing blocks ensure consistent, accurate results, while the self-lubricating bearings are completely maintenance-free. Behind the protective cover, two precision-formed gears deliver smooth, even rolling motion. A safety guard encloses the top gears for secure operation.
