Easy Returns
At CraftBecause, we stand behind every product we sell. However, we understand that sometimes you may change your mind or find that the product you ordered isn’t quite what you expected. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy.
If you decide to return an item for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order, please email us at contact@craftbecause.com with your order number. We will provide detailed instructions on how to complete your return.
There are no shipping costs to return an item. All costs will be paid by CraftBecause. Once your returned items have been received and inspected at our warehouse, we will send you an email confirming that your refund has been processed.
No re-stocking fee will be applied in the product meets the requirements for a refund.
To qualify for a refund, items must arrive back at our distribution center in “Like New” condition with all original packaging and accessories included. “Like New” means the items show no visible signs of wear. Items that are returned with signs of use, damage, or missing parts will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued.
Once we receive your return the refund will be processed in 7-10 business days.

Damages
If your product arrives damaged, please make note of it immediately when signing for delivery and send photos to contact@craftbecause.com on the day of delivery.
CraftBecause will cover all shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Please retain all original packaging for any products that need to be returned.
All returns must be authorized by our customer service team before being shipped back. We will ensure that you receive the correct product, in perfect condition, as quickly as possible.
Items that become damaged after use are non-refundable unless otherwise covered under warranty.
Cancellations
If you would like to cancel an order, please email or call our customer service team immediately. After we cancel the order your payment will be returned.
Other Return Policy Notes
If a product or vendor has a return policy that differs from the one stated above, it will be clearly noted in the product description or product-specific return information.
Products labeled as certified pre-owned or used are not eligible for return.
CraftBecause sells products intended for use throughout their full economic life. Purchases made for temporary or one-time use are not eligible for return under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, items purchased for trade shows, conference displays, promotional events, or similar short-term purposes.
