Order Confirmation
Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order and that your credit card has been pre-authorized for the purchase.
After receiving your order, we immediately verify that the item is in stock and available for shipment. If the product is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and contact you by email to discuss alternate options.
If your item is in stock and ready to ship (typically within 3 business days), we will process the payment and begin preparing your order for shipment.

Order Shipment
Transit times vary between 2-3 business days.
If your order is in stock and payment has been processed, your item(s) will ship with Standard Shipping and will arrive in 3-7 business days.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email within 24 hours. It will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within four business days of placing your order, please contact us at contact@craftbecause.com.
Damages
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any visible damage, make a note of it when signing for the package, or refuse delivery if necessary.
If you accept delivery and later discover damage, take clear photos of both the packaging and the damaged product immediately.
