The C110 features a redesigned T-bar adjustment system for smoother calibration and a lighter frame for easier handling, while still maintaining the robust stability Durston is known for. A unique combination of wire and flat rolling options gives the C110 remarkable versatility, making it suitable for a wide range of jewellery and metalworking projects.
The bearing blocks are fully supported to ensure a superior rolled finish, while the self-lubricating, maintenance-free bearings keep operation smooth and effortless. Behind the protective cover, two specially constructed gears deliver consistent rolling power. Safety is also built in, with a guard protecting the top gears during use.
The main rolls are 110 mm wide and feature four half-round grooves, a 50 mm flat rolling area, and nine square grooves. Each roll is induction hardened to 64RC for long-term durability and precision, ensuring a lifetime of professional results.
