The Durston Agile F110 Rolling Mill is a high-quality flat mill designed specifically for sheet metal work. This dedicated flat model includes no wire grooves or side extensions, providing a smooth, uninterrupted rolling surface ideal for producing precise sheet material and pattern plate results.
Part of Durston’s renowned Agile range, the F110 offers a lighter frame than the DRM series but retains the strength and stability needed for professional use. The traditional T-bar allows for accurate roll adjustments, while the heavy-duty 4:1 gearbox ensures smooth, effortless operation.
Each roll is induction hardened to 64RC, with the main barrel hardened to a depth of 6 mm for exceptional wear resistance and durability. The bearing block is fully supported for consistent rolling performance, and the self-lubricating bearings are maintenance-free. Behind the protective gear cover, two precision-engineered gears ensure even smoother motion.
Safety is built in, with a guard protecting the top gears during operation. The rolls are finely ground and polished to deliver a perfect finish every time.
