The Durston Double D4 158 Rolling Mill is a high-capacity, professional-grade tool built for jewellers and metalworkers who demand versatility and precision. Designed with two complete sets of rolls, this model allows both flat and wire rolling in one compact, durable unit.

The top rolls are dedicated to flat rolling, featuring an extra-wide 158 mm working area and four half-round extension grooves. The bottom rolls are grooved for wire rolling, offering 19 square grooves and three additional half rounds (7 × 1.75 mm, 6 × 1.5 mm, 5 × 1.25 mm), giving you the ability to roll wire from 10 mm down to 1 mm. Side extensions provide even more flexibility, with half-round profiles of 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1.5 mm.

The Double D4 158 is equipped with two turning levers. The first, geared at 11:1, is ideal for heavy rolling and maximum torque, while the second lever offers a 5:1 gear ratio for faster, lighter rolling. Switching between the two is quick and simple, taking only a few seconds.

Constructed from a single piece of solid cast iron, this mill delivers outstanding rigidity and strength. All rollers are induction hardened to 64RC, ensuring a lifetime of use and consistently smooth performance. For safety, all gearing is enclosed within protective plastic housings.
