Designed to work with any air compressor delivering 60 psi or more, the system includes a built-in pressure regulator for fine tuning and consistent operation. Vertical travel speed can be easily adjusted through the included flow-control valves, giving operators flexibility to match weld requirements.

A magnetic reed switch allows automatic weld triggering when the head reaches the desired position, while the secondary foot pedal (connecting to the main welding power supply) enables manual weld initiation. This dual-trigger capability makes the weld head adaptable to a wide range of workflows.
